Young and ambitious Andrey Zelinskiy is an example of competent and highly professional manager of a large restaurant for BEEF team. Impeccable courtesy, the reasonable demands, absolute involvement in the life of the restaurant are the main personality ingredients of Andrey at work. His off time Andrey also often spends in BEEF: you can catch him enthusiastically playing on drums at parties.
Bar manager Elia Mikhaylenko
Elia Mikhailenko is the top person at BEEF Bar 69. If mixology specialist gave concerts, Elia would collect stadiums. She is the winner of numerous world competitions (Mixology Contest, Tahone Society (Mexico), Bacardi Legacy, etc.). Behind the bar Elia really works wonders and memorable mixes.
Signature cocktails from Elia became true legends, and each of her master classes on mixology for guests goes with resounding success.
Alberto Foyo, the restaurant’s architect
American architect of Spanish origin, Professor of Architecture at Columbia University, has its own architectural firm in New York, and his designs adorn cities on both sides of the Atlantic. For BEEF Alberto created the interior of the ideal American steakhouse and in the restaurant you can catch the different exposition of the author and new design solutions.
